Nowadays, many engineering colleges are available in every nuke of Maharashtra. They are conducting the Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and Mechatronic programs in their institute. But unfortunately many colleges are not aware of industrial requirements. Apart from this, lack of expert faculty members and Less practical equipment. SO students are not getting practical exposer. Many students are attending only exams, not a regular college. They are working with a manufacturing company in the Production and Quality Department. Currently all manufacturing units have 100% Automation, so getting knowledge in these departments is not up to the mark. Because of their current experience, they are not able to change jobs as well as not able to add valuable knowledge.
In future the AI will enter in manufacturing industries and the job profile will be changed, to work as an Automation engineer or programmer,, Installer and commissioner as well as to maintain the AI base robot. But these AI-based robots will be easily automated machines more promptly than manual work. So student base should be Industrial automation.
Many students are showing interest in Internships during their curriculum, But they are more interested in Stipends not in Job Profiles. Maybe they are not aware meaning of the Internship.
A correct Job Profile will help you to survive in today’s competitive world. Do not change your filed.
